Gaming is about fun, not just winning. Bewin believes gaming is truly enjoyable only when it's controlled and responsible. Your wellbeing and peace of mind are our top priority.
Responsible play means using gaming as a controlled form of entertainment — not a way to make money. At Bewin, responsible play isn't just a policy; it's part of our core culture. We monitor every user's gaming habits and step in proactively whenever there are signs of a problem.
Online gaming is growing fast in Bangladesh — but it also comes with real risks: addiction, overspending, family strain, and stress. Bewin has built a range of practical tools and policies to help you manage those risks and keep gaming genuinely enjoyable.
Remember — responsible gaming isn't about playing less, it's about playing smart. When you know your limits and stay within them, gaming is at its most enjoyable.
Gaming should be fun, not stressful. Every feature on Bewin is designed to give you a safe and enjoyable experience. Use our responsible gaming tools and keep full control of your play.
Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit cap. Limits take effect immediately once set, and any increase requires a 24-hour waiting period.
Decide in advance how long you want to play each session. Once the time is up, Bewin will alert you and, if needed, automatically end the session.
If you feel like you need a break, you can temporarily suspend your account for a set period. Options range from 7 days all the way to permanent closure.
Set a maximum bet amount for each game or round yourself. This protects you from placing impulsive, oversized bets.
Take a temporary break lasting anywhere from 24 hours to 6 weeks. During this time your account will be locked and no logins or bets will be possible.
View your full betting history, win/loss stats, and time spent at any time. Keep track of yourself and stay informed.

Setting limits on Bewin is straightforward. Just follow a few simple steps to fully customize your responsible gaming settings.
Remember — reducing a limit takes effect immediately, but increasing one requires a 24-hour cooling period. This is intentional, to prevent impulsive limit increases in the heat of the moment.
Self-Exclusion is Bewin's most powerful responsible gaming tool. Use it when you feel you need an extended break or want to step away from gaming entirely.
While self-exclusion is active, you will not receive any promotional emails or notifications. Logging in to your account or placing any bets will be completely blocked.
Bewin strictly prohibits anyone under 18 from using the platform. A cornerstone of responsible play is keeping minors completely away from gaming. To that end, Bewin has put multiple measures in place.
If you suspect a minor is accessing your account, contact our support team right away and change your password immediately.
